Meta's plan to go full Skynet hits snag: the AI wasn't ready
Leadership wanted autonomous agents running daily ops with a few humans for 'oversight optics.' The optics part worked: everyone could see it was a disaster. No word yet on how many people got replaced before someone noticed the agents couldn't actually do the job.
