1. Acceptance of these terms
fuckedhuman.com (the "Site") is operated by Latent Ape LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. What this Site is: satire, opinion, and commentary
The Site is a work of satire, parody, and editorial opinion. It publishes short commentary about layoffs, restructurings, automation, and the effect of artificial intelligence on employment, in a deliberately irreverent and exaggerated voice, in the tradition of dot-com-era commentary sites.
- Content on the Site consists of opinion, commentary, hyperbole, satire, and rhetorical characterization, and is not intended as, and should not be understood as, a statement of objective fact about any person or company.

We review good-faith requests promptly and, at our discretion, may correct, annotate, or remove items. Submitting a request does not create any obligation or admission on our part.
6. Third-party links
The Site links to third-party websites and sources we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability, and links do not imply endorsement.
7. Intellectual property
Except for third-party marks and linked content, the Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Latent Ape LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Company and product names, logos, and trademarks referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification, commentary, criticism, and parody (nominative fair use). 9. Anonymous tips and submissions

14. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to Section 15, the exclusive venue for any dispute is the state and federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
15. Dispute resolution; arbitration; class-action waiver
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its consumer rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You and Latent Ape LLC waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective, or representative action.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
17. Miscellaneous
If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
