Supply chains optimize themselves right out of entry-level jobs
Gartner finds nearly half of supply chain orgs cut headcount thanks to AI over the past two years, averaging a 10.5% reduction. The bottom rung got automated off the ladder first, which is efficient if you don't need a next generation of workers.
