Sterling Heights plants cite "unforeseeable circumstances," lay off 200 anyway
Kern J.G. Enterprise and a sister auto supplier are shutting down for good, with 156 layoffs confirmed in the WARN filing alone. The circumstances were apparently too unforeseeable to mention, but not unforeseeable enough to skip the paperwork.
