Hyderabad's campus hiring shrinks to less than a third
IT recruiters in Madhapur say entry-level coding and testing work can now be partly handled by AI tools, and campus hiring has dropped accordingly. The new job requirement isn't writing code, it's babysitting the thing that writes it for free.
