CEO shrinks staff 88%, discovers remaining 120 have great 'agency'
A tech CEO cut headcount from over 1,000 to 120 and says AI is making 'high-agency generalists' more valuable. The other 880ish presumably had plenty of agency too, just not enough to stop the slide deck.
