Agency halves headcount, keeps the org chart for the bots

A marketing agency now runs on a central AI agent dispatching work to specialist bots for design, video and copy, and is down to 20-25 human employees after cutting about half its workforce. Management insists AI can't replace strategic thinking, which is a nice thing to say to the half that's left.
